One of eibe's most prestigious projects of last year was its involvement in Paultons Park's new children's playground, themed around the much-loved Peppa Pig character.

The Hampshire-based family park knew it was on to a winner when it opened its doors to an expectant public in Spring 2011. Crowds immediately were drawn to the colour, movement and play value of Peppa and her friends' playspace and eibe hopes to add more to the area in the future.

In its 2011 ‘UK’s Favourite Tourist Attractions’ survey, Paultons Park consistently met and exceeded customer expectations with a 77 per cent customer score, beating the likes of Alton Towers and Thorpe Park.

Paultons Park is especially popular with families taking small children – even more so, now that Peppa Pig World opened in the park in March this year.

Over one million guests are expected to have visited the park by the end of the year and Paultons has now had a visit from every single UK postcode sector along with visits from many overseas destinations.

In addition, there has been a large rise in the number of short break packages sold from the Paultons website with local hoteliers attributing the increased business to the Peppa Pig Effect.
