The managing director of eibe since 1999, Paul has led the company to continued growth over the last decade.

A business leader not only in terms of company success, but also in championing the cause of children’s play within the UK, Paul recently met with Hugh Robertson, Minister for Sports & Olympics, to discuss the importance of the industry as a whole. Always happiest when sitting in front of customers, Paul sits on the board of FOSPA and is an executive member of the API.

David Hibberd - Design & Estimating Manager

After a decade of conjuring up some of the UK’s most prestigious playscapes, David now leads the eibe creative team in a continual plight to design imaginative and adventuresome areas that children will enjoy forever. Always on the look for something visually unique, David will work with you from the very outset to ensure your own dreams and ambitions are turned into a vivid, pictorial reality.

Ben Neaves - Project Manager

The recently completed, high-profile projects at Kew Gardens and Paultons Park are indicative of the strong presence that eibe now have in the market place. Under Ben’s management guidance, the project team are responsible for the smooth transition of your play area from concept to reality.

With an array of Construction and Design qualifications behind him, Ben’s industry expertise and refreshingly honest approach guarantee customers a professional, yet enjoyable experience.

Mark Gornall - Sales Manager: The North East of England / Scotland

Almost a ‘veteran’ of the play space arena, Mark has a wealth of experience in this imaginative industry. As well as managing his team of six, Mark personally oversees the North East of England territory.

His recent projects include 6-figure installations at the Swinderby Play Project in Lincolnshire and the hugely impactful Destination Park at Valley Gardens in Harrogate.

Stuart is one of eibe’s more experienced team members; now in to his 3rd year with the company, he has just completed his most high profile project to date – the new Peppa Pig installation at Paulton’s Park. Kevin Field - Outdoor Play Consultant: The East of England & London

Joining the company at the end of 2010, Kevin brings a myriad of related skills to our world of play. A law graduate, his career to date has included senior positions as Entertainments Manager at Pontins and Manager of Kidspace, one of the UK’s largest children’s adventure parks.

With such solid roots in the industry, Kevin brings a fresh, energetic and insightful approach to eibe’s sales offering.

Ex-Nursery Teaching Assistant Jennifer Heelan's experience of the Early Years sector is an invaluable asset to the business. Mixing her education background with other experience within BT's field sales team, Jennifer is comfortable dealing with both small and medium-sized organisations.
