It's a Shorne Thing!

One of Kent’s best-loved destination parks, Shorne Woods Country Park contains a mixture of running trails, a horse and cycling route, as well as trim trails and outdoor keep-fit equipment that keep families amused for hours.

For children, there are three separate adventure parks, one of which has just had some new eibe equipment added, so the park has even more reasons to attract local families, visitors and tourists into next year.

It was a routine telephone call that led us to the Garden of England, teaming up with Kevin Jennings, Kent County Council’s park ranger to introduce some new equipment at Shorne Woods. We have previously effected new play parks at nearby Kentish towns, Trosley and Lullingstone.

The £18,000 scheme includes a robinia Hydra Snake Swing and a very entertaining Saturn Whizzer, both of which can be used by children of differing ages.
