Those lucky enough to find the Magic Portal can step through into another world, a world inhabited by fabulous fairies, fierce dragons, wise wizards, menacing goblins, a warrior princess, and a heroic captain.
The directors of Wyvern Woods were drawn to the unique style of eibe Plays Robinia range and requested a meeting to see if we could help bring their concepts to life.
Robinia is class 1 quality hardwood timber that blends nicely with any natural surroundings and provides the end user with hard-wearing and durable timber.
Following a meeting with Wyvern Director Nick White, eibe Play came away with the correct information to start to form concept drawings to present to the client.
The brief from the client was to help support two zones within their woodland that children would discover as they walk through it. These areas are called Land of the Fairies and Captains Campsite. Within the Land of the Fairies, eibe Play has designed and installed a large set of fairy wings made from rope and Robinia posts. This has been installed within a woodland clearing, allowing children to lie on them and look up into the sky.
Next, within the Captains Campsite, eibe Play has provided various play items that promote discovery and role Play and allow the children's imagination to run wild. These include Log Cabins which resemble the tents the ship's sailors would have stayed in. Alongside these, and to get the campsite feel across, we have included two of our Robinia Hammocks and, of course, a timber stack to resemble fire.
Wyvern Woods were impressed with the quality of the equipment and installation, and since their grand opening in July 2022, the kids have loved discovering these play zones and enjoying the play equipment each area has to offer.
