Paul Redden - Managing Director
Paul has been the Managing Director of eibe since 1999. During those eighteen years, he has led the company to continued growth and is constantly looking for strategic ways to futrther increase revenues and profits.
A business leader not only in terms of company success, but also in championing the cause of children’s play within the UK, Paul is at his happiest when sitting in front of customers, discussing a new and innovative scheme. In his time within the play industry, he has been an executive member of the API and held various senior positions with associated groups. Last year, Paul led eibe to success at the Green Apple Awards for the third time, where we were crowned with Green World Ambassador status for our environmental awareness.
David Hibberd - Creative Director
After over a decade of conjuring up some of the UK’s most prestigious playscapes, David now leads the eibe creative team in a continual plight to design imaginative and adventuresome schemes that children will enjoy forever. Always on the look out for something visually unique, David will work with you from the very outset to ensure your own dreams and ambitions are turned into a vivid, pictorial reality.
Ben Neaves - Project Manager
The high-profile projects at Kew Gardens, LEGOLAND and Paultons Park are indicative of the strong presence that eibe now have in the market place. Under Ben’s management guidance, the project team are responsible for the smooth transition of your play area from concept to reality.
With an array of Construction and Design qualifications behind him, Ben’s industry expertise and refreshingly honest approach guarantee customers a professional and enjoyable experience.
Stuart Evans - Outdoor Play Consultant - South
Stuart is eibe’s most experienced sales consultant; now in his 8th year with the company, he is responsible for some of eibe's largest schemes, including those at Hastings, Southampton, LEGOLAND, Paulton's Park and the big hit of 2015, "Dinosaur Island" in Horsham.
Placing customer service at the forefront of his sales strategy, his attention to detail, business knowledge and approachability ensure that projects get completed on time and on budget. A team player that involves himself in different aspects of the business, Stuart takes personal responsibility for the lucrative South of England territory.
Kayleigh Toft - Outdoor Play Consultant: North
Kayleigh brings a refreshingly vibrant personality to the brand’s offering. With a degree in Psychology from Lancaster University, she lived and worked in South Korea for two years teaching English.
In the UK, Kayleigh has built up an impressive portfolio of relevant industry experience, including valuable time spent with a rival play company, on top of a decade of customer-service related positions. A keen sports fan, most notably football and extreme sports such as Wakeboarding and Snowboarding, Kayleigh loves the outdoors and being at one with nature.
Soon relocating to Manchester, she hopes to deliver a first class product underpinned by a personable and comprehensive customer service pledge throughout her extensive sales territory. Adam Sherwood-Pearce - Outdoor Play Consultant: London / East of England
eibe’s newest recruit, 23 year old Personal Trainer, Adam Sherwood-Pearce, is the perfect partner in terms of understanding the energetic dynamism and athletic benefits of play and sport. Well versed in adolescent training, he knows exactly what children need when it comes to physical exercise and play time.
Nurturing interactive customer service skills from his time as a trainer, Adam mixes in hands-on field experience from his previous job as a sales representative to full effect. This enables him to deliver a first class consultancy offering through a blend of professional courtesy and creative advice with an essential sense of humour.
Keen to make an immediate impact, Adam is competitive and driven, with a strong and disciplined work ethic. A quick learner, he still hopes to have time to appreciate his natural environment whilst out walking his dog, as well as studying the constellations at night.
