Working within the newly created space, eibe supplied and installed two key pieces of play equipment:
- Active Trail Combination 02 – offering a varied range of climbing, balancing and active physical play opportunities.
- Climbing Frame 210 – providing further opportunities for climbing, movement and imaginative play.
Both pieces of equipment were installed onto a striking new blue wet pour safety surface, creating a bright, clearly defined play environment that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding school grounds.
The result is a safe, engaging and purpose-built play space designed to inspire children to be active, develop physical skills and enjoy outdoor play.
Hythe Community School now benefits from a fully updated school environment and a brand-new play area designed specifically for its pupils. The completed space complements the school's existing play provision while giving children an additional environment in which to play, explore and develop physical skills.
The project is a strong example of how high-quality play provision can be successfully integrated into a wider school development programme — from initial planning and specification through to installation and completion.
