Garfield School in Enfield, North London is undergoing a radical transformation, refurbishing large areas both indoors and outdoors. Part of the redevelopment is a brand new playground and eibe Play is delighted to have been chosen to undertake the cosmetic overhaul. With pioneering vision and values integral to all that they do at Garfield, we hope the new playspace upholds their proud traditions and enhances their own ambitions.
Split in to two distinct zones at a combined cost of £40,000, the eibe team worked alongside Helen Mayer, the Project Architect at Enfield Council to effect the project. Play Area Zone 1 features our Paradiso Kosawin balancing combination, as well as natural tree stumps and logs, all installed on to Bark Mulch.
The second zone has a Wildflower Meadow, Wicker huts, a sandpit and a sunshade, this time built upon artificial grass and wetpour, ensuring there is plenty of play value for all the different children at the school.
