Paul Redden - Managing Director

Paul has been the Managing Director of eibe since 1999. During those eighteen years, he has led the company to continued growth and is constantly looking for strategic ways to futrther increase revenues and profits.

A business leader not only in terms of company success, but also in championing the cause of children's play within the UK, Paul is at his happiest when sitting in front of customers, discussing a new and innovative scheme. In his time within the play industry, he has been an executive member of the API and held various senior positions with associated groups.

Last year, Paul led eibe to success at the Green Apple Awards for the third time, where we were crowned with Green World Ambassador status for our environmental awareness.

David Hibberd - Creative Director

After over a decade of conjuring up some of the UK's most prestigious playscapes, David now leads the eibe creative team in a continual plight to design imaginative and adventuresome schemes that children will enjoy forever.

Always on the look out for something visually unique, David will work with you from the very outset to ensure your own dreams and ambitions are turned into a vivid, pictorial reality.

Ben Neaves - Project Manager

The high-profile projects at Kew Gardens, LEGOLAND and Paultons Park are indicative of the strong presence that eibe now have in the market place. Under Ben's management guidance, the project team are responsible for the smooth transition of your play area from concept to reality.

With an array of Construction and Design qualifications behind him, Ben's industry expertise and refreshingly honest approach guarantee customers a professional and enjoyable experience.

Stuart Evans - Outdoor Play Consultant: South

Stuart is eibe's most experienced sales consultant; now in his 10th year with the company, he has been responsible for some of eibe's largest and most high profile schemes over the last decade, including those at LEGOLAND, Paultons Park and the big hit of recent times, "Dinosaur Island" at Southwater Park in Horsham. 

Placing customer service at the forefront of his sales strategy, his attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the play industry ensure that projects get completed on time and on budget. Stuart is an integral part of eibe's success story, a team player that actively involves himself in different aspects of the business.

When he is not taking personal responsibility for the lucrative South of England territory, Stuart keeps himself busy playing football and helping market and promote his local team, Worthing FC.

David Gibbons - Play Consultant: Midlands / North

David Gibbons is another 2018 recruit, adding a wealth of experience to our regional sales force.

With Space Planning and Senior Account Management an integral part of his career portfolio, David brings professionalism and expertise to our world of play. Previous roles include Project Manager at Somerfield Stores and Account Manager at Zoggs International.

David will be drawing on all of those skills to ensure he hits the ground running at eibe, delivering a high level of customer service to his sales territory at all times.

From his home in deepest Worcestershire, David likes nothing more than the outdoor life. He loves cycling, hiking and camping with his two children, whilst embracing nature and the environment. A fan of Moto GP and the number 46 (of course), he also enjoys dining out – but then, who doesn’t!

Daniel Jacks - Outdoor Play Consultant: East / London

If it’s a composed, unflustered business partner you are looking for; look no further than eibe’s Daniel Jacks. Having attended a private boarding school for military personnel, Daniel entered the armed forces. Parking his dream of being a fighter pilot (“at least for the time being!” he says), Daniel embarked on a career within the RAF as a qualified chef. 

Touring the world and meeting an extraordinary array of people, Daniel returned to the relative norm of life on the road, using his experiences to engage with individuals of all levels in a myriad of sales roles. Now committing himself to the world of play, Daniel will ensure your journey is dealt with professionally and promptly, with an infectious and amicable smile and a friendly, approachable manner.
