The eibe UK team

Paul Redden - Managing Director

Paul Redden has been the Managing Director of eibe since 1999. During those twenty years, he has led the company to continued growth and yet he is constantly looking for new and strategic ways to further increase the bottom line.

A business leader not only in terms of company success, but also in championing the cause of children's play within the UK, Paul is at his happiest when sitting in front of customers, discussing a new and innovative scheme. In his time within the play industry, he has been an executive member of the API, as well as holding various senior positions with associated groups.

In 2017, Paul led eibe to success at the Green Apple Awards for the third time, where we were crowned with our Green World Ambassador status for our environmental awareness and sustainable credentials.

David Hibberd - Creative Director

After nearly two decades of conjuring up some of the UK's most prestigious playscapes, David now leads the eibe creative team in a continual plight to design imaginative and adventuresome schemes that children will enjoy forever.

Always on the look-out for something visually unique, David will work with you from the very outset to ensure your own dreams and ambitions are turned into a vivid, pictorial reality. His pioneering projects at major leisure attractions are some of the most eye-catching you will ever come across.

Gemma Few - Project Manager

The high-profile projects at Thorpe Park, LEGOLAND and Paultons Park are indicative of the strong presence that eibe now have in the marketplace. Under Gemma's management guidance, the project team are responsible for the smooth transition of your play area from concept to reality.

Gemma joined eibe Play Ltd in 2021 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator she found herself becoming more involved in the project side of the business over the past year and found her organisational and structural management skills resourceful to the business. Gemma’s background in sales and customer service means she can work very closely with all key stakeholders in the business to achieve the best results for our customers. Gemma now manages the project team and ensures that the desired results from our customer briefs are achieved in an efficient and stress-free way. She provides the right planning, direction and strategy to help support her project team.

When she is not supporting her team on the daily hustle, Gemma likes to keep fit. She is a very keen gym goer and enjoys long walks and socialising with friends and family.

Stuart Evans - Outdoor Play Consultant: South

Stuart is eibe's most experienced sales consultant; now in his 14th year with the company, he has been responsible for some of eibe's largest and most high-profile schemes over the last decade, including those at Thorpe Park, LEGOLAND, Paultons Park, "Dinosaur Island" in Horsham and Exmouth's extraordinary 2018 play area at Queen's Drive Space.

Placing customer service at the forefront of his sales strategy, his attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the play industry ensure that projects get completed on time and on budget. An integral part of eibe's ongoing success story, Stuart is the proverbial team player that actively involves himself in different aspects of the business.

When he is not taking personal responsibility for the lucrative South of England territory, Stuart keeps himself busy playing football and helping market and promote his local team, Worthing FC.

Robyn Brookes - Play Consultant: Midlands / North

The newest play consultant to the team, but by no means new to the playground world. Robyn originally qualified as a landscape architect but now specialises in playgrounds. She has worked within the industry for 8 years first as a designer and then playground consultant.  She is a big advocate for sustainable practices and caring for the planet, why not ask her about eibes philosophy and how the company is doing its bit to protect nature and the environment?

Not surprisingly Robyn is a lover of gardening. She has built up a wealth of knowledge about plants and the environments they thrive in. In her spare time, she experiments with planting combinations in her own garden, sometimes successfully, and sometimes not!

Otherwise, she enjoys playing netball during the week and socialising with friends and family at weekends.

Neil Prickett - Outdoor Play Consultant: North / Midlands England

Neil is a valuable addition to the eibe team, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences. Prior to joining us, he served as a dedicated firefighter in the RAF and contributed to the Education Sector. Over the course of nearly a decade, Neil has amassed extensive expertise within the play industry, making him a true authority in this field. Notably, his passion lies in promoting inclusive play, and he takes joy in offering guidance to others seeking the best solutions for providing play opportunities that cater to all individuals.

Outside of work, Neil's enthusiasm for sports shines through. As an avid Leicester fan, he regularly attends games with his two boys, fostering cherished family moments. Additionally, his passion for football extends to the coaching realm, as he proudly manages the under 10's football team called the Oadby Owls Greys, showcasing his commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering sportsmanship.

With Neil's exceptional background and dedication, he is poised to make a significant impact as a key member of the eibe team, continuously enriching our endeavours in creating innovative and inclusive play solutions.
