eibe is managed by Paul Redden, who has been its managing director since 1999. During those years, he has led the company to continued growth and is constantly looking for new and strategic ways to increase the eibe presence throughout the UK.

A business leader in terms of company success and championing the cause of children's play within the UK, Paul is happiest when sitting in front of customers, discussing a new and innovative scheme. In his time within the play industry, he has been an executive member of the API and held various senior positions with associated groups.

The business comprises a team of designers, an external sales team and an in-house projects team.
