With every production step we guarantee you highest quality - our play equipment and it's design is tough, stable and durable. However should something still be defective, playground operators can simply complain the product here: Take a photo of the product defect, fill in the form and attach the photo - finished.
Please note, only playground operators are authorized to submit complaints - not users!
